What is CICA CE?

The Central European Formation & Research Centre was established in January 2021.

The CE F & R CICA Centre is held as a Foundation and is placed in Krakow.

The aim of the Centre is to hold the study on Security Sciences in broadly meaning from Crisis Management, organisational and individual perspective. We are working as a whole, but we have three main branches: Crisis management, Security and Defence, and Violence in the Family.

CE F & R Centre is a part of the CICA network. Our ethical code is connected with the heritage of CICA and of course local law and scientific tradition requirements.

CE F & R CICA Centre is managed by an International Council, advised by a Scientific Committee, and different Branch Committees, autonomous in their work and activities. Some institutions are also recognized as official partners.
