                                            Inscription procedures

Send the following data to the following e-mail address:    cica@nebrija.es

1.Name, Institution, Address, Country, E-mail, Webmail, Telephone, Fax, ID/Passport (this information provided by the prospective participant will be included in the book of abstracts, unless asked explicitly otherwise).

2.If you wish to participate in the Conference presenting some paper, poster, or contributing to the edition of a book, you should add:

Title of Paper, Name of all co-authors and their Current Position, Institutional Affiliation (University/Organization), and Country, email address of all co-authors, short biosketch of all of them, and an abstract (about 300 words), and

3.A copy of the bank transfer order of the inscription fees, as attachment (keep it as an automatic proof of inscription at the XLII CICA).

•  The early registration fees (deadline: July 30th, 2017) are the following ones:

    ♣150 € for standard participants                        (200 € after August 1st)

    ♣50 € for students and accompanying people     ( 75 € after August 1st)

Members of CICA and Nebrija University have a discount of 50%

    (if any prospective participant needs a partial bourse, may ask for it, arguing the reasons).

Cancellation received by August 30th, 2017 has a full refund deducted with an administrative fee of EUR 50. After this date, no refunds.

The participation fees include admission to all scientific sessions and to a networking reception and farewell party, refreshments, and conference materials, such as a program & abstract book and certificate of attendance.
